品酒筆記 香氣初聞由些微的甜美木質煙燻、鮮奶油派緩緩地轉換成為強勁的鮮美茴香、西洋芹及烘烤茶葉香氣。持續探索會發現誘人的木炭及微焦麵包的香氣。 口感味蕾中呈現飽和的鹹鮮感，如潮起潮落般逐漸轉化為安撫人心的藥感。鹹脆花生、煙燻鳳梨及萊姆汁緊接而來。陣陣的八角味搶先佔滿味蕾爾後由豐富的奶油軟糖、樺木樹皮焦油及泥煤煙燻如爆炸般擴散收尾。 尾韻鹹鮮與煙燻的香氣激烈碰撞，呈現出鮮明、飽和與令人滿意的悠長尾韻。
