顏色：相當淺的琥珀色，也許是稻草色。在鼻子上：令人驚訝的溫和煙熏味，而不是您所期望的全部重擊；有一種明顯的甜味，混合著鹹味。還有一點酸奶油。 口中：有煙味，但令人難以置信的紅糖甜味與之相伴，平衡了效果。多麼可愛，耐嚼，辛辣，令人垂涎的感覺，以至於泥炭非常低調並與威士忌結合在一起。也許有那麼輕微的茴香味（最溫和的茴香味）？像口哨一樣乾淨，而且相當乾燥——不像艾萊島的一些泥煤威士忌那樣油膩。它不會在口中停留太久，但有一種美妙的糖衣大麥回味。這是一個非常好的結構，肯定是平衡威士忌的大師班。
