長濱蒸餾所 歌舞伎座 歌舞伎座是位於東京銀座的歌舞伎專用劇場，1914年起松竹在此創業。1889年11月21日開業以來，曾遭受火災、戰火，歷經數次燒毀、復興、改建，建築建成於1951年。桃山時代風格的現歌舞伎座，建成後經歷了50年歷史，已被列為國家有形文化遺產，是頗為珍貴的建築。在迄今為止100年多年的歲月，此地不斷上演歌舞伎，名副其實地保持了最具代表性歌舞伎劇場的寶座。 「希望可以除了威士忌迷，也能讓愛好日本傳統技藝歌舞伎的愛好者也品嘗到獲得全球好評的忌的風味」的企劃概念。邀請了同在銀座的「Bar Goya」酒吧店長山崎剛先生對這款酒的品質進行把關，山崎剛先生為酒保大賽的現任日本冠軍，同時在2007年第一屆Sherry Cocktail Competition取得大獎，緊接著2008年的Venenci格認定測驗中取得最優秀獎，是日本國內唯一的雪莉界雙冠王。 香氣：Oloroso雪莉桶般的甘甜調性伴隨火烤香、櫟樹調性、深色櫻桃、Amontillado般的堅果香。 口感：入口瞬間的甜味立刻轉為辛辣感。微微煙燻香與鹹感、苦巧克力、李子調性。強勁的前段與狂野的風細，構成複雜的風味，令人聯想到palocortado。隨時間經過可感受到柑橘類新鮮感與成熟水果香結合，同時也感受到香料香氣。 尾韻：強勁風味殘留在舌面，緩緩地轉變為悠長的餘韻。木質香氣非常清爽，最後由牛奶巧克力溫和地包覆整體。
