於2012所發行之Machir Bay 是Kilchoman所發行的第一版全年皆供貨的通版單一麥芽威士忌。 其酒齡組合為3年、4年及5年。全都在初次填充波本桶(1st Fill Bourbon)內熟成，其中4年的曾換至雪莉桶內熟成8周。 齊侯門是艾雷島上最年輕的蒸餾廠，創立於2005年，島上唯一不靠海的蒸餾廠。說是酒廠，其實更像是一個農場，大麥田部分用來作為威士忌原料。 色澤：淡麥稈黃 香氣：從強悍的泥煤味裡飄出一陣綜合水果的香氣 口 感：濃郁的熱帶水果味及隱約香草味中帶著明顯、清鮮而複雜的甜味 尾韻：經典的艾雷麥芽威士忌風格-很新鮮、很泥煤的感覺遲遲不褪 威士忌口味風格 重雪梨 & 堅果香料 Full-Bodied Sherry & Fruity Spice
