品酒筆記 香氣散發出香草和焦糖的香氣與葡萄的清香 口感入口辛辣，泥煤味道濃烈，微酸 尾韻桃子與蜂蜜香甜的餘味，稀釋後有淡淡花香與蘋果的香氣，口感滑順、餘味悠長 娜絲 (The Nose)威士忌是一款淡煙醺的瑞典單一麥芽威士忌，受到法國橡木紅酒桶影響，酒精濃度 44.9% 威士忌的製程從農民種植並採收穀物，釀酒者發酵、蒸餾並且裝桶。經過很長的時間與繁複的工作，他們悉心照顧直到威士忌熟成準備裝瓶，之後酒窖經理 (The Smeller) 會決定威士忌是否成熟。然後將成熟的酒桶樣本帶到蒸餾廠的調酒大師 (The Nose) 處。他的工作是透過聞香並品嚐來自不同酒桶的所有樣品，調製成最完美且理想的風味。 娜絲是我們調酒大師個人的最愛，希望將其分享給所有人，讓這支酒成為威士忌大使，展示來自文島威士忌的多種風味。
