＊非轉基因 ＊有機認證 ＊不含麩質 ＊無添加劑 ＊無冷卻過濾。 手工封蠟 獨特的錐形瓶身是文島威士忌獨有的標誌。 成立於2008年，為瑞典第三家壺式蒸餾酒廠。 文島位於丹麥和瑞典之間的厄勒海峽，面積約7.5平方公里，人口數300-400。在這個比艾雷島還要小上許多的瑞典小島上 ，莫林家族以其對釀酒的專業 堅持與熱情，釀造出與眾不同 風味絕佳的瑞典威士忌。來自於純淨無污染的水源，從少數農民中精選最好的有機穀物做為釀造威士忌上等的原料。 首席調酒師 Henric Molin 與諾貝爾先生一樣是一位化學家，在釀酒的過程中，他以專業的職人精神全程控管每一個步驟直到裝瓶。 雖然是年輕的酒廠，卻擁有非凡的品質，生產出各種不同風味的單一麥芽威士忌以及黑麥和玉米威士忌。 品酒筆記 香氣果香、椰子與杏仁的香氣 口感口感順口，帶有明顯的煙燻味 尾韻回味悠長，黑胡椒、巧克力餘韻。稀釋後有煙燻中帶點淡淡甘草、蘋果、蜂蜜與軟糖的餘味 第谷之星(Tycho’s Star)是一款中度成熟的瑞典成熟單一麥芽威士忌。 向著名的天文學家第谷·布拉赫（Tycho Brahe）（1546-1601）致敬。它帶有神秘的甘草香與成熟李子的圓潤氣味，接下來昇華成蘋果和接骨木花的芬芳。尾韻隱約有新收割的干草和甘露草地的清香。
