10年波夏，從構思、蒸餾、陳年以及裝瓶全程在艾雷島上完成。布萊迪酒廠是一個年輕的團隊，擁有深厚的價值觀以及終極「艾雷島」基因的雄心抱負。 香氣：煙霧的瀰漫被海洋所平靜，蛻變出新鮮空氣的氛圍，時間的沉澱帶來平衡，結合出橡木、煙燻與酒液的和諧。煙燻味總在鼻尖上清晰可辨，乾燥、泥土味、泥煤灰的風格顯現，並在波層相連的金黃焦糖、軟糖、香草卡士達、生薑、肉豆蔻跟丁香的香氣襲來後，允諾橡木的浮現。經由一滴水在杯中的誘拐，哄勸出柑橘水果的芬芳，那是溫潤的檸檬蛋白酥與克萊門橘。深吸一口氣，野生百里香、石楠花與海石竹的花香，將帶領你到達大西洋的海岸。 風味：這質地與風格在舌尖上呈現明顯的美味與柔軟。又一次，當煙燻鬆散地包圍住從橡木深處中牽引而出的甜美，造就極佳的風味平衡。椰子、香草卡士達、蜂蜜檸檬混合煙燻牡蠣與太陽炙燒的海鹽鹹沙。餘韻壯麗超群，確切的煙燻感，但是同時挾帶在橡木的深度與質量中所突顯的暗示，有著軟糖、麥芽、香橙、芒果與香蕉餡餅的柔甜。接著，每一次啜飲，都交叉著層層風味。隨著煙燻感的來去，酒液的口感品鑑呈現出成熟蘋果與杏桃味，與麥芽、橡木甜味以及典型的波夏乾燥煙燻感出色地交織在一起。
