產品說明 1991年復廠的艾雷島酒廠布萊迪（Bruichladdich），一直都推出很有「創意」的產品，當年他們就察覺到「艾雷島是泥煤的王道」這個硬道理，想為艾雷島留下「地表最重泥煤」這塊招牌，因此進行實驗蒸餾出地球上泥煤含量最高的威士忌，也想試圖觀察市場對「極致」泥煤威士忌的反應，結果十幾年下來，寫下了「奧特摩Octomore傳奇」 奧特摩是布萊迪旗下「超重泥煤」的產品名，當時是在首席釀酒師詹麥文（Jim McEwan）的創意下所發表，主要就是要製造出泥煤含量最高的威士忌，堪稱結合釀造工藝與創新膽識的作品。絕佳口感加上限量發行，立即造成威士忌老饕追求收藏的狂潮。 泥煤含量高達169ppm的奧特摩07.3，保有全球最重泥煤系列一貫的強勁風味，100％採用艾雷島上臨海的奧特摩農場2010年收成的Oxbridge大麥，堅持以最純粹傳統的方式於位在島上的布萊迪酒廠蒸餾、熟成後瓶裝，以不使用冷凝過濾、不添加調色焦糖的方式製成酒精濃度高達63.0％的泥煤顛峰之作，不僅向當代威士忌巨匠Jim McEwan致敬，更向世人完美詮釋了布萊迪高超製酒技藝之傳承與創新，讓這股源自艾雷島的原粹精神再次寫下新的篇章。 品飲紀錄 香氣：清新卻不失甜蜜的檸檬、杏桃、百合花與奶油等此起彼落的香氣 口感：甘醇，與強烈的煙燻香氣交織迴盪帶出杏仁糖、香草 餘韻：泥煤煙燻味持續縈繞
