<<< 班瑞克伯尼莫斯重泥煤蘇格蘭單一麥芽威士忌 >>> 這款酒是Billy Walker在2004年買下班瑞克酒廠後，所發表的第一款威士忌，以泥煤酚值55ppm入桶，使用三次填充波本桶，酒齡結構約是75%的10年與25%的12年原酒。酒名Birnie Moss是酒廠附近的荒原之名，這款酒很好地詮釋了那種蒼勁與野性的氛圍。 香氣的表現上，有點像是非常淡的正露丸味混合了些許香草莢，呈現一種既優雅又討喜的甜香，入口的煙燻感並不衝擊，整體表現溫和而舒服，但吞嚥後舌面會略微殘留辛辣感。尾韻則是煙燻、果香與蜂蜜持續繚繞。 ◆2017年國際葡萄酒與烈酒大賽(IWSC)-銀牌 ◆2019 TW.WA威士忌大賞【消費者組】金牌獎
