BenRiach 25 years Peated 班瑞克 25年 泥煤燻麥 (700ml 46%) 在集團勢力龐大的蘇格蘭斯佩塞區，擁有經營自主權的獨立蒸餾廠極為少數。也由於沒有包袱，這樣的蒸餾廠更能專注在酒款品質，傳達蒸餾師與調酒師的製酒理念及熱忱。 班瑞克於1898年建廠，不滿兩年即遭最大客戶倒帳後關廠長達65年；1965年重新啟動後，一直隱身在調合威士忌中，直到2004年由享有「天下第一鼻」的威士忌大師Billy Walker與友人合資，自Chivas Brothers手中買下後才開始快速竄紅，並在2007、2009年兩度獲得「全球風雲蒸餾廠」殊榮。其酒款系列眾多，除展現傳統風貌的經典系列、囊括知名葡萄酒桶的換桶系列、頂級限量的單一原桶系列外，他同時也是目前全斯佩塞區唯一有能力生產泥煤威士忌的酒廠，所產泥煤系列品質堪與艾雷島匹敵，可以說是建廠百多年之後才開始成名的多樣風格蒸餾廠。 行家報告~ 色澤：金銅色 氣味：熱帶水果，泥炭，鳳梨，馬鞭草，煙燻，麥芽 口感：水果豐富，泥煙，乾草，普羅旺斯蓬蒿，胡椒，雪松木，蜂蜜，花 尾韻：長度，水果，層次
