品飲筆記 香氣 深邃、挑動人心的一波波胡桃乾果、帶鹹味的太妃與焦糖融混、皮革氣味，並有一絲藥草、薰衣草和紫羅蘭的氣息。煙燻氣味柔和而芬芳，迴繞交織著海鹽、鹹香調性，如同伊比利火腿和橄欖。額外加入一點水會帶出草本、清香的調子，煙燻過的大黃、陳年巴薩米醋和一些鹹鹹的礦石味道，讓人想起曼薩尼拉桶的元素。 品飲 一份豐潤、油滑而起伏的口感，引領著我們感受威力強大、海鹽與鹹味等風味的綻放，包括鹽烤開心果和花生、丁香、茴香風味的太妃、綠橄欖和一陣耐人尋味的鯷魚香味。 尾韻 一份悠長、流連不去的尾韻，有著經典雅柏的甜美（如一陣楓糖糖漿的甜美），伴隨著橡木桶中醞釀出的單寧、丁香和咖啡研磨粉。
